RapidFix Home Maintenance was founded by people who’ve lived and breathed property operations not just contractors, but operators who’ve felt the pain of delayed repairs, unreliable trades, and spiralling void costs first-hand.
After more than a decade in the industry, we saw a clear gap: there simply weren’t enough maintenance partners who understood the standards, pace, and accountability that modern landlords, letting agents, and BTR operator’s demand.
Having managed portfolios, led refurbishments, and overseen countless post-tenancy turnarounds since 2011, we knew that what the sector needed wasn’t “another maintenance company” it was a partner that operates with the same urgency, care, and professionalism as an in-house team.
